Knorr Future 50 Foods launch

Knorr are a brand taking the lead in tackling environmental concerns. Actively working with farmers, suppliers, and chefs to fulfill their commitment to source all ingredients sustainably by 2020. In light of that, Knorr have teamed up with World Wide Fund (WWF) to unveil the Future 50 Foods.

Future 50 Foods was revealed in February at Centre Pompidou in Paris, and Fanatic was there to document the launch event where celebrated Chef Gregory Marchand prepared a specially curated menu for the event, featuring ingredients from the 50 foods list. As well as live discussions with key figures including former White House chef and policy advisor for the Obama Administration; Pierre Thiam, and David Edwards, Director of Food Strategy at WWF-UK.
